The concept of this exhibition reflects the spirit of the Olympic Games, and the creative techniques and materials used are upright and innovative, vivid, fresh and diverse. The content is divided into seven parts, covering the development process of the Chinese Winter Olympics, the knowledge of the Winter Olympics and the new China ice and snow sports, etc., showing the style of "300 million people participating in ice and snow sports", promoting the construction of a sports power, and driving the health of the whole people. The authors of the 350 seal engraving works exhibited include professional workers, teachers and students of primary and secondary schools, enterprise employees and scientific and technological workers.

The exhibition was strongly supported and guided by the Cultural Activities Department of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee and the Xiling Yinshe Society. More than 200 units including the National Art Museum of China, the (National) Educational Painting and Calligraphy Association, and the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of China National Building Materials Group actively participated in the exhibition. The exhibition will last until March 15, during which more than 10 events will be held, including the "Winter Olympics in India". There is also a seal carving interactive area at the exhibition site, providing visitors with public seal carving experience activities.

Triumph Technology CNBM Optoelectronics used advanced cadmium telluride power generation glass to build the Olympic Corridor—Zhangjiakou Chicheng County Large-Scale Mountain Restoration Power Station Project, Green Winter Olympic Demonstration Project—Zhangjiakou Dida Expo Plaza Reconstruction Project, and Winter Olympics Area Power Generation Glass image decoration works. Five sets of Winter Olympic-themed cadmium telluride power-generating glass have been installed in the core area of the Winter Olympic Village and the National Ski Jumping Center to illuminate the Winter Olympics with green electricity.
